Shipping Policy

Production time

Every EBONYBAG item is made to order. Orders are processed within 7–10 business days before shipment.

For orders that require a photo-art proof, production begins after the customer approves the proof. If a usable photo is not available or approval is still pending, the order may be placed on hold until the required information is received.

Shipping time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time to the USA is 7–15 business days. This delivery estimate is separate from the production time above.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge available for your order is calculated and shown at checkout based on the products and delivery address in your cart.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. Carrier delays can occur after a package has left production.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing the order. Contact cs@ebonybag.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, an address change may no longer be possible.

Lost or undelivered packages

Lost or not-delivered cases are investigated using the carrier tracking record and are not subject to a mechanical seven-day reporting cutoff. Contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
