What if the item is wrong or damaged?
We will make a wrong or damaged order right.
Contact us within 7 days of tracking-confirmed delivery and include your order number plus clear photos or video of the issue. We will review the case and arrange the appropriate replacement, remake, or refund when an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit. Lost or undelivered packages are handled with the carrier, and reasonable exceptions after seven days can still be reviewed.
