Your handbag is made before it ships.
Production takes an estimated 5–7 business days once your order is ready. U.S. shipping takes an estimated 7–15 business days from carrier handoff, for a total of 12–22 business days. The total excludes waiting for photos, required information or final approval and the 12-hour change/cancellation window. A tracking number or label alone does not confirm carrier collection.

An update does not mean the issue has been resolved.
